Our services.

  • Onboarding

Week 1 (Assessment): The clinical team conducts a Comprehensive Assessment (using tools like VB-MAPP or Vineland) in the child's natural environment (home or school). This week is dedicated to identifying the child's current skills and behavioral needs and collecting baseline data to finalize the individualized treatment plan.

Weeks 2 (Pairing): The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) focuses entirely on Pairing—establishing rapport and building a strong, positive, and trusting relationship with the child and family. The RBT does this by associating themselves with the child's favorite activities and positive reinforcement, increasing the child's motivation for future therapeutic activities.

A comprehensive report over the assessment is given during the onboarding phase.

  • Ongoing Care

This phase describes the long-term, structured support provided by the clinical team after onboarding:

Clinical Leadership: The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) serves as the clinical director, responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring the client's individualized intervention plan based on family goals.

Direct Treatment: The RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) delivers the consistent, direct, 1:1 therapeutic support and implements the protocols designed by the BCBA through play.

  • Partnership

Family Training: The program includes a mandatory one hour of dedicated parent training per week (with or without the child present) to ensure behavioral consistency and generalize skills outside of therapy sessions.

Progress Tracking: To demonstrate growth and inform future goals, the family receives a comprehensive Milestone Report every six months.

Quality Control: The BCBA provides continuous oversight, including monitoring data and modifying protocols to ensure highly effective and adaptive care.
